אוקיי שמעתי את High Definition מפסיק פעמים כדי לחוות דיעה . אלבום מצויין ! הוא הרבה יותר קליט מהאלבומים הקודמים , ואין ספק שהוא מהטובים של 2009

שירים אהובים : Hyperacive עם הריף האדיר בהתחלה . ו Egoist Hedonist .
אגב שימו לב שבסוף "אגואיסט " יש השפעה מאוד דומה מ Damnation של Opeth - Death Whispered a Lullaby . וגם ההתחלה של השיר שאחריו מזכירה מאוד את הסגנון של Damnation . גם השפעות מפורקיופיין אפשר לשמוע .
בכל זאת Riverside עשו זאת

אכן יש שם גם בסוף השיר (8:15) השפעה חזקה מ In The Prescence Of Enemies

עדכון לגבי מועד יציאת ה-DVD, שקיבלתי במייל

Progressive rock band Riverside will release "Reality Dream", their first ever DVD, on 11th January 2010 (in US on 23rd February) and not in early December as it was previously announced. The release date was postponed due to technical problems that occurred at the pressing company.

After the intensive promotion of "Anno Domini High Definition" Riverside goes back to composing new material. And although ADHD's successor is to be released no earlier than 2012, some cool things are being prepared for the upcoming year.

MD: "We've begun working on the new album, or actually two albums. Because except for the usual long album we'd also like to release a minialbum. Why? Well, the band was formed in 2001 so next year it's our tenth birthday. We'd like to celebrate and highlight this anniversary in some way. So next year we're planning to go on anniversary tour not only with invited guests but also something more--a release specially prepared for this occasion, only available at the concerts. So now we're working both on the new album and the above mentioned EP. A short break was good for us because now we have really good ideas."

Soon more information about the anniversary tour and the upcoming releases.

אז הייתי אתמול בהופעה שלהם בטור החגיגי לרגל 10 שנים ללהקה , היה נהדר. מריוש צחק במהלך ההופעה אחרי אחד השירים ואמר : "עברו 10 שנים, האם אתם יכולים להאמין? היינו פעם להקה צעירה ומבטיחה ועכשיו אנחנו זקנים"

הם ניגנו שני שירים מה-EP החדש, לא רע ,אבל אני עוד צריך לעכל אותו כי לא שמעתי אותו לפני ההופעה.

From Progarchives.com, the ultimate progressive rock music website Droidmaster What an album. I can't seem to get enough of this lately. Saw them on tour and picked up this EP there. Incredible- these guys are getting better and better. The songs are tasteful and I particularly like Michal Lapaj's keyboard work. A great mix of discretion and power when needed, and the sounds are quite organic. After reading the lyrics, the songs even mean more to me. Intelligent and a little dark, but not too dark. Very recommended. The only downside is I want more. A 3 song EP got me perked and curious. Riverside is going to go a long way. This is their 10th anniversery let's hope for at least 10 more.
